Church Consultation

Dr and Mrs. Thomas, together have over fifty years of church involvement at various levels. Our exposure to various church groups and their operations have given the Thomas’s a wide appreciation of the challenges, struggles and possibilities that exist within and through the church. We help churches to evaluate systems and structures; develop strategies and priorities that will empower them to be more proactive in fulfilling their roles in their communities and the wider world.

Church consultation may involve assessment of spiritual gifts, personality assessment, and training in youth ministry, leadership development and conflict management.
